Asomi is pleased to introduce a short course "Certificate Course in Management Development".

Objective

(1) To enable the employee to do what is necessary to achieve his / her full potential by allowing to think, decide and act freely in their best interest and that of the organization

(2) To help the professional build his / her strengths and overcome weakness through actionable self-development plan

(3) To understand key principles for managing people, processes, and resources

(4) To help practising skills in holding critical conversations / communications for enhancing the performance and development of staff

(5) To enable the professional, irrespective of his / her age and experience, to create an atmosphere for himself / herself and also the fellow staff to make it easier to remove obstacles to peak performance.

Target Trainees

(1) Fresh Applicants: To add value to their existing CVs and make them suitable for short-listing;

(2) Newly Recruited Staff: To complement staff-orientation and help them acquire the basic skills to do their jobs;

(3) Current Staff: To encourage the staff to improve their existing performance and to maximize their contribution and get rewarded;

(4) Inexperienced Staff: To fill in a skill-gap when suitable training / orientation is not available; and

(5) Experienced (and senior) Staff: To add values who are complacent about their performance.
